I worked with John for assistance with an RV insurance claim. They had initially denied the claim, and John helped explain the process and how to work with the insurance company. He gave outstanding advice on letter to send the insurance company, which got the claim re-opened. This resulted in our claim going from $2,000 to $51,000 which made us whole and was very fair.
