Very disappointed in the professionalism of this shop I simply called & text the shop as well as Yolanda & I still was ignored after paying for her services when I had questions & concerns about my taxes & instead she told me I only pay for her to file my taxes not to answer my questions & if I have any to call the irs. I am writing this to let everyone know don’t come to someone who can’t even do their professional job.
