I would give this a 0 but I can't so I'll give it a 1. Wendy was beyond rude and made me feel dumb For simply asking for documentation that proves I have RECENTLY paid for my insurance in January and she told me my letter was sent in November.. Um I'm sorry but I need it stating it was paid and renewed...Please make that make sense to me as to why she was rude RIGHT off the bat. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on others.

I was calling to get your business. You made up my mined for me. The 2 girls I talked to on Friday 7th 2023 were so rude and condescending. I went to a different angecy. Why do you put up with that. Lost business

Had my auto and home insurance thru them every time I called the lady was rude and acted like roz from monsters inc I had a question one day explained how I was trying to make changes on my progressive app and it wouldn't let she keped asking me over and over what the issue was and I repeated my self like 3 times explaining slowly what had happened till she snapped and started yelling and telling me how she could not help me all I was trying to do was remove an old car I had sold and add my new one I canceled both my policies with them that day reported then to progressive and got a better rate with state farm
