I really appreciate Rickey and Chris for the work they did on our rental. They installed a back door. My girl and I had a pleasant professional experience with them. They answered any questions we had, they had a pleasant attitude, and showed us the outmost respect while working on our house. My water heater went out and I had water everywhere. I called RMA and made a work order and they sent Mr. Phillip out and another associate. They replaced my water heater with a new one and also sent a carpet cleaning service out to get up water and clean carpet I would give them 5 stars they both had great attitude and worked real quickly with the matter. Ricky and Chris are always on point when they visit my home to fix anything. They are very thorough and they let me know what was the issue and how they will fix. They are very neat workers. New Clients To RMA for 3-4 Months Now , Phillip Was EXCELLENT, Came Out Not Once , But TWICE in one WEEK in the FREEZING COLD To Fix Busted Pipes ! ! RMA has always managed one of our apartments in Griffin until we sold it last month. Jared and Phillip always took great care of us as though this place was theirs. They always called us before any repairs were done. I have no problems recommending this company to anyone looking for a management company for their house or apartment.
