Rob Hill Insurance Group (specifically Maria Rios) came highly recommended from a co-worker, so I drove to their new location. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and treated like an old friend. They shopped me around and found me the best price for the same coverage (saved me lots of $$$). Great people and great prices! They have a customer for life.

I called today to see if I could get a better rate for my car and home insurance. After giving Maria my current auto coverages, she asked for the amount I am currently paying. I told her I would rather her just quote their lowest price. She asked for the premium amount again and said that she couldn't just entire the coverages in the system and press a button so she needed to know the current premium so she would know if she were wasting her time or not. At that point, I told her I wouldn't give her that information and thanked her for her time and disconnected the call. I would not want to waste anyone's time! Good Grief!

Lol! I will gladly call another agency that is more welcoming, friendly and helpful! I gave Maria everything she needed to pull a quote. Best wishes to you and thank you for showing me up front who I was dealing with!

1. On October 10th, 2022, we visited Rob Hill Insurance Group, looking to renew our current Homeowners and Car Insurances. Because we did not want to do the process online nor over the phone as the previous ones were done.
