Fatima and Sarah are the best staffing recruiters. When the assignments come in, expect to be working in no time. If your sick, they completely understand and make sure all the kinks are smoothed out. By far the best staffing agency I have ever worked with and would recommend them 10/10. This is the place to go.

I was contacted by Veronica and please take note I signed up with this company years ago and was never placed. Any who, I was contacted on a Friday to start an assignment that was supposedly temp to hire. I took a HUGE PAY CUT but i needed a now job. Found out that the director goes through admins every month. I got sick and like they used to say go to work and let them send you home? Well, the director sent me home saying he didn't want to get sick and guess what? After almost two months on assignment I was back unemployed. Why? Because, I did what I was told to go home and then Veronica leaves me a voicemail saying I was fired. Veronica will NOT RETURN and of your calls or emails if you're fired even if it is not your fault. They do not care about you its about their quota.

I believe the two ladies who helped me were Emily and Veronica. Idk what all the bad reviews are about because I experienced a totally different thing. I sent in my resume and was contacted within a few days, after being contacted I had a Skype interview the next day and an interview with an actual employer the next week and was fortunately chosen to work for that employer due to a successful interview. Emily and Veronica are awesome, they even kept in touch with me after I found a job just to make sure I was doing ok. Thanks for everything, your team is the best!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Honestly, I never write reviews but this time I just had too because they did this twice to me. A few years back I applied and was contacted immediately, I was contacted by Shelcy, went to interview and told them exactly my situation, what I wanted and did not want for a job. I left those building feeling pretty excited that they were going to find me a home... NEVER WAS CONTACTED AGAIN. After several attempts of trying to talk to Veronica I finally got a hold of her and her answer was "you don't have the experience" ... okaaaaaaaay? Why didn't you tell me that from the beginning before taking a billion tests and signing all your paperwork?!
Anywho, I let it go went off, finished school and landed great corporate jobs (years later). Unfortunately I found myself unemployed again after having to relocate and for some stupid reason decide to give them another chance, mind you, I had a great resume at this time. I apply again and I get contacted by Claudia. I do the same thing all over again. She introduces me to a few other managers in the office and they tell me that they're really interested in me and think I would be a perfect candidate for a few positions and AGAIN I go home feeling excited. A week goes by, nothing. 2 weeks, nothing so I call and ask them what's going on and they say "sorry we haven't found a job for you" so I ask them what about all those jobs I see you guys posting online every other day and the receptionist tells me "Just because we post the jobs online doesn't mean we are hiring" like WHAT ?!? At this point I'm extremely frustrated with them bc it has been 3 months and not once have I gotten a call.. I really feel something weird goes on bc they take all of your info including SSN and just never return your calls..

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Go to Appleone or any other agency for that matter .. trust me it will save you loads of time!

Another agency that's not worth it. Ive called in from the Ontario branch to 2 different agents that are never at their desk or answer any type of messages. The branch at riverside interviews me to give me a bunch of paperwork to sign to never call back. The clutter they provide job posting sites is honestly a crime in itself for people looking for jobs to be deceived that they will provide you an opportunity to find the work. Better off applying directly to the company instead of applying to an agency who's job is to collect resumes for pay checks.

Giving this place two stars, because when I first contacted this agency. I was put in contact with Chris Cook who was absolutely amazing always followed up and had great communication. He has since left the company and let me know he would be leaving and someone else would take over. Since then it has gone down hill... the only way for you to land a job or get any updates is through constantly following up with them, and waiting weeks for a response.Currently I have been waiting on someone to contact me back for about 2 weeks now.

Worst agency ever. They have flooded careerbuilder and glassdoors full of their ads. They can't get their own clients so they try to take career builders clients and people that are actually trying to apply for the job, it ends up being held as a product and they give the job to who they feel like giving it to. They also don't care if your qualified or anything.

Wolf CPA

It took a couple of placements before I found the perfect candidate, but I love the 4 hour working interview. Very nice way to try out a staff to see what they can do and if they are a good fit. Thank you to the Riverside staff.
