If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely awful. I added a car to my policy called 3 months later to update my account info, they changed my due date and that added $130 to my payment. They stated it was their error but could not do anything to fix it amd told me they could take me off autopay and I could find another insurance provider. My kids have to go without because I have to pull the money from somewhere. Thanks for ruining Halloween and my kids birthdays. I have to use the money I put aside for costumes and a birthday party now has to go to Allstate.

I have had positive experiences with this agency. I do have issues with the Drive-Wise product because when I moved from Virginia to West Virginia the bonus dropped from $132.00 per 6 months to $52.00 and from 6 months to whenever you get around to it. Not very professional. Since I don't drive as much as I use to due to Covid-19 we received a discount on payments for 3 months only. It appears to be a more sustained activity that I don't drive my vehicle much anymore the insurance premiums should be greatly reduced as there is no chance of having an accident now that driving has been severely reduced. I went from driving everyday to driving maybe once a month. I don't want to reduce my coverage because I don't want to take a chance that something would happen to my car while parked in my driveway or on my street.

When I tried to remove my son from my auto policy because he had purchased his own vehicle and insurance coverage Allstate made the process much more difficult than needed. They insisted that I provide my son's insurance company and policy number. I personally feel Allstate has no need or business requiring this information. When they finally did remove my son from my policy my premium increased by a significant amount. In my mind fewer drivers = less risk should equal a premium reduction. I don't think there rates are very competitive. I guess it is time to shop around to see if it can get better rates/coverage.

I have been with Allstate for over 30 years. They have always been there for me. I had an accident and I can't tell you how great they were. Everything was handled in a timely fashion, they kept me up to date with the progress, and I had a check in the mail in a matter of days. They answer your questions and have the friendliest people working there. If you are having financial problems, they are willing to work with you to make sure you are insured. I couldn't ask for a better insurance company. Louis DiGuglielmo is located in Ranson, Wesr Virginia. If you are in Jefferson County or Berkeley County, go to his office and talk to them. My insurance for my car is really reasonable and I have double the coverage I need. I needed new insurance cards, and they had them printed out and ready for me in a matter of minutes. Mt hat is off to Allstate. If you are looking for reasonably priced car insurance, give them a call. You can rely save if you have multiple policies, such as car, home, renters. I have been so happy with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Louis is the greatest as is Allstate. I cannot say enough good things about them. These are the good hands people.
