This place of business is so unprofessional and a scam. Very disrespectful from the management to the staffs on Zelda road location. They give false information and will have you going in circles for your policy. DO NOT GET INSURED WITH THEM THEY IS A SCAM. Can’t get anything resolved with them cause they will talk over you, try to belittle you like you don’t have any common sense or knowledge about insurance.

I called to inquire on a commercial auto insurance and I while I verified before I waited 45 minutes on the phone that they carry commercial auto insurance only for the kind rep to tell me another company would provide the insurance quote. This I see a lot. One company wants to benefit based on referrals not offering the service they claim to provide. Not happy!

I had picked this company for my homeowners insurance so when I was purchasing a vehicle for my son I asked them if the could give me a quote. They did so without hesitation. I had called several other agencies and the could only tell me how much it would be for that day and not my monthly payment. Kayla walked me through everything step by step. I highly recommend them because they were professional and they had the best customer service experience.
