Very helpful staff. I went in with an idea what I was willing to spend and what I wanted. They showed me what they had and we determined they didn't have in stock what I was looking for. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for and asked them to get back to me with a price. Within an hour Alex reached out to me and offered me 3 different quality stones in 3 different prices. I chose the one that fit my needs and ordered it. I need it by next week and he assured me it would be here in time for my anniversary.
