Don't come here. Their service is poor. I came in speaking professional and polite for questions I had concerning a return I did with them last year and while helping me this lady kept laughing at my confusion even walking away and sitting at her desk while I was still speaking. I wouldn't advise this place to someone I care for. Maybe it's time for some of their employees to get into another career they may actually enjoy. Disappointed and waste of my time

I've gotten my taxes done with Alfredo for about 10 years now. I used to do my own taxes and even tried all the popular ones like H&R Block, But Rodriguez Income Tax has always gotten me more money on my tax returns. They are by the book too (no shady stuff), Alfredo knows his stuff and has even advised me of some things I used to do wrong like going exempt and little stuff like that that can hurt you in the long run. I know folks talk about the wait or the service. Thats because he's very thorough and explains all of it , also a lot of folks come to him for taxes so their is a wait. But just plan ahead and even call them to see when it's best to come in. I drive from Riverside every year to do my taxes with Rodriguez Income Tax. I highly recommend.

I got really poor service here....the lady who helped us was so rude every time we would go in and when I say every time yes we had to go in like 5 or 6 times just to get horrible service and deal with our taxes from 2015 yes we are still fixing our taxes from 2015 because this lady that works here did not enter the information correctly and BTW we never go helped by the owner who has experience. We will never be going here again and I don't recommend it. First and last.

His clerk... shes the perfect example of incompetence and rudeness... she looks like she does no love her job.. and is just waiting to get the hell out that place..
He needs too look for a new employee... with a good attitude.. and willingness to help..

I've been doing my taxes for 5 years in this place. recently i decided to go with HNR block one of my biggest mistakes ( over pricing etc) ..this is the best place for taxes I hate the area (ghetto lol) however I trust this place
