Does this look safe to you? They started unpermitted work on my second floor balcony with wood rot for 3 years and haven’t been back since last Thursday. Does this look safe to you? Does this look like a management company or HOA Warner Woods 3 that you want handling your property? They took off the flooring and left a 3 foot rectangle with no wood over it then took 4-5 feet of railing off. The left it. I am a renter - but is this who you want handling your property?

Update - still no balcony railings, no discount on rent, now the electrical grids in the units have to be replaced. Ugh. I wonder if they will get a permit for that or fly by the seat of their pants?
