I'm not even sure where to start here, I had my taxes done by Rountree Consulting Inc in April 2012 and to my surprise Michael The Principal and Rosi ended up making a big mistake on them. No only was i not advised of any of this a month after my return was filed, I called the IRS to see where my return was a month later and it was nonexistent? I called Rountree Consulting Inc to see what was going on and the receptionist informed me I "OWED" over $1200 vs getting my $1850 return. Due to the fact i was not able to get a return call, I drove up to the office with my 3 year old daughter. Michael Rountree was the MOST unprofessional business owner i have ever seen or meet. He didn't want to own up to the mistake he made on my taxes, or Provide a $315 refund for doing so. But he did Curse and use profanity in front of my 3 year old daughter, Which is completely unacceptable. A big lack there of communication is what i got from this unprofessional business owner. I also asked from his professional liability carrier to file a claim with them, And He told me to vacate his premises and to have my attorney contact him. Bottom line, If you make a mistake with someones takes/ lively hood in the process of doing them Communicate with your client. In this case it is a big lack there of. I would not refer anyone to this guy or company, I think he showed his true colors when he decided to curse in front of my 3 year old little girl. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
