Do not use this firm. The agent, Shane Prince, was very slow to move on communications and monthly documentations required by contract. My last monthly financial statement was dated six months ago. His listing photos were very unprofessional. I left email, text, and phone messages with Shane, and his brokers, Linda and Richard Giille. They were all equally unresponsive and have not fulfilled their fiduciary duties to me or the tenant. I am pursuing actions through the Dept of Real Estate and in the court system.

Property managed by Running Springs Reality is not properly managed. After calling both the main office and rental property manager I was assured that trash cans that have been stolen by the current tenants and are shown in these images would be returned and that the trash some of which appears to be used toilet paper would be be picked up, quoting Shane the property manager.
It’s now been 3 weeks and none of these issues have been resolved.
This is still the case as of posting of this updated review.
Over a month later, calls are left not returned even by their parent company.
