I had my insurance for a year and every time I call the office it seems like they are training someone. I asked to be in autopay once my account was brought up to date. That never happened. I do understand I did get behind and that was my fault, but this office has no compassion. I thought a businesss was suppose to at least talk to there customers nice verses biting there head off. My dad died in 1991 of a massive heart attack when I was 13. I woukd do anything to have him back….bit he did not even talk to me like i was dumb. I transferred to another agency where I was respected and went above and beyond to lower the rate ASAP plus tell me I will be drafted in April. The help I was looking for. According to my preacher he said this is how the world would end. People full of greed and hate. The good book is Correct. No need to be rude to a person whom is very sick, but I did not explain that part. I cried for 2 hours after the phone call.
