We stayed at the Rhondavous for a week. We were anticipating a nice quite get away from it all, with plenty of time on the river. We payed ALOT for that experience. All of the homes are right on the river and that seems like it will be great, unfortunately, they don't tell you that they are just on the other side of a set of trees that is between them and a busy road. The road is filled with houses jam-packed in there and it is definitely not a quiet time, if that is what you are looking for. All week we had lots of road noise and also Cal Trans working with jack hammers and reverse beeping. They started at 7:30 every morning and went all day. In addition, the owners did not have the boats in working condition and were reluctant to reimburse for them not being in working condition. So, we didn't get the time on the river that we expected either. They reluctantly reimbursed very little in exchange for the boats not being able to be used. In my opinion, the house is not in the condition that it should get the amount they are asking for the rental. The outside is nice. The inside is very average. Stay somewhere else for that amount of money is my advice. Somewhere more secluded and with better amenities and better service. That's just my advice. It wasn't what we had hoped.

Contacted River Homes about an issue with their booking software. Alysa couldn’t be bothered to help. Sent a canned response, didn’t even attempt to assist with the booking. They have inconsistent policies and poor customer service.

We had the best time at La Rive Gauche! There were three adults and four kids. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Since we are being very mindful during this pandemic, we brought all our groceries and we're thrilled to have such a wonderfully outfitted kitchen and outdoor grill. When we did need something it was awesome to be able to walk to Bartlett's. We didn't not have to get in the car the whole time we were there, nor did we want to as we were having so much fun on the river and relaxing. Loved having the kayaks and other river toys. And of course the hot tub. The beds were super comfy, the house was very clean and we had fun feeding and petting the cat. We'd definitely recommend this place and hope to return ourselves. PS It was super sweet to have a bottle of wine and jam waiting for us upon arrival and a big bag of homemade cookies for our final day.

Had a wonderful weekend retreat at this airbnb. It is located in the heart of sebastopol, wine county, and very secluded. Very quiet. The scenery/outdoors is pure serenity. It is next to a golf course so will see people from a far from time to time but otherwise very large backyard with thoughtful touches, herbs, garden, plants, etc. Pool and sauna are great additions. I will say our group was a bit disappointed with the hot tub as it would not heat up to the designated setting (102F) and it was very difficult to use it for more than one session at a time, the water became cold quite quick. Outside of this everything is as mentioned and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is spacious and we loved every moment there. It's also very close to russian river for those interested in inner tubing or visiting the river. Would repeat in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanks Hideaway. The house itself was great, very clean and stocked with what we needed. The location was perfect! Although it was too cool for us to use the pool the outdoor space was very nice. Only downside was there were no lounge chairs as shown in the pictures. Would have enjoyed those as the weather was perfect for outside relaxing. We all agreed we would stay again if visiting Guerneville

The Westside lodge was a beautiful getaway. It was clean, cozy, lots of modern amenities, and my kids absolutely adored it. Close access to the river with lots of steps. We counted 135 steps from the bottom deck to the private deck so if you have elderly people just beware. The only issue was the close proximity to the bridge on river street. You can constantly hear cars passing. Small issues were the wine opener was broken but we brought our own, no citronella candles provided which would've help to keep the bugs out, and most of the windows didn't have screens except the bottom bedroom. Again the house was amazing but if the upper deck was screened-in to keep the wasps out it would've been a perfect location. We had an amazing time and we would definitely visit this location again. Thank you RR vacation homes it was a great time!

This house looked amazing in the pictures and it did not disappoint. Master suite was a great place to get ready for my wedding — spacious room and huge bathroom. This house was sparkling clean and the beds are all so comfortable and the towels are so soft. The view is amazing, just a perfect getaway house. 9 adults in the house and it never felt crowded. I look forward to returning someday!

We stayed at the Grove and it was a truly wonderful experience. The place was stylish and well-appointed and SO dog friendly. We loved sitting in the hottub underneath the towering red woods, using the projector to create an extra cozy movie night, and cooking group meals in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The location is right in the heart of Russian River, close to the coast and to many breweries and wineries. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!
