I had high hopes when I hired Sacramento Tax Resolution to handle my taxes, but unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Communication was a major issue; I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. When I finally received my tax return, it was riddled with errors, which caused me a lot of stress and extra work to rectify.

Additionally, I felt that my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed seriously. It seemed like they were more focused on getting me in and out than providing quality service. I ended up having to consult another accountant to fix the mess.

I cannot recommend Sacramento Tax Resolution based on my experience. It’s crucial to have a tax professional who pays attention to detail and values client relationships, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

I was looking forward to working with someone local. When i called i was connected with an out sourced call center. I spoke with Angel. She was nice but would not schedule an appointment for me to meet with someone for the "free" consultation unless I had $2500 available to pay after meeting with someone. So I did not get the appointment. I advised I would need a few weeks to get that money but she could call me back in a few weeks. I would get random calls from this company but they would not leave a message. I would call back on my breaks or lunches but when I spoke to someone they had no idea why I was called. Finally got the call from Angel from for the scheduled time. She started acting very shady about making sure I had the $2500. I advised that i was not going to pay anythjng until I spoke to someone and to see how they can help me. She advised that she did not want to waste the company's time unless I had the money. I advised that I would shop around and I was not going to just pay immediately without checking all my options. I never got the "free" consultation. Please be careful if you decide to use this company.
