For the past two years I had the pleasure of renting through Safer Property Management. Cindy was amazing to work with and made renting a blissful process. Unfortunately my roommates and I had to move out due to everyone going separate ways, but if given the chance each of us would rent through Cindy again and again. Whenever something needed attention in our home (even minor projects) they would swiftly come and fix any issue. The entire staff was kind, lovely to work with, and easily accessible when needed. This was the second home I have rented in Sonoma County, my first experience was stressful and it was super hard to get into contact with staff about issues, working with Cindy was the exact opposite. She is a caring person who displays true professionalism and treats all of her clients wonderfully. I would recommend her to anyone!

She also does property management. If we ever decide to depart North Bay, we will likely keep our house as a rental and have Cindy manage it. There is a great rental market here in Rohnert Park due to Sonoma State University.

This property management is the first property management that I have rented from that I can tell genuinely care about their renters. Upon moving in, there were some large issues that happened and the owners, Bruce and Cindy as well as Rick have been extremely attentive in fixing everything quickly. It is very apparent that they care and want the best for their renters. As a college student, it is hard to find a property management that really cares about students, but this property management does. Lauran and Laura are also extremely helpful, kind and attentive.
