Tried to obtain commercial insurance with the company. Spoke to someone over the phone and they took my information for the quote. I was told someone would get back in touch with us. This was around the beginning of Dec. 2024. I sent a follow up email to the person I was speaking to over the phone no response via email or phone.

Do not use this insurance company. My father had a heart attack back in 2005 that led to him not being able to work and his check to them bounced, after recouping the money from the bounced check they refused to refund the unused portion for the insurance he did not receive. Don't give them the opportunity to steal from you.
