We simply would not be able to replace the customer service and experience we have had with San Marcos Insurance Agency - they ALWAYS answer and return phone calls, are prompt and helpful with requests, able to use electronic signatures for documents, and go above and beyond what you would expect. I never thought I'd write a review for an insurance agency....but these folks are different from anyone else you would work with!

PS this is coming from a high maintenance customer - multiple claims, address changes, last second ID card needs, etc, that they've navigated us through. We may not be local, but we really appreciate that small town feel of working with good people.

Mike is so nice! Everything was fast and efficient. I was insured quickly and painlessly. I took care of everything via email and received a nice card in the mail this week with my info cards and a hand-written note. Ironically, my car battery died this week and roadside assistance showed up within 20 minutes, jumped my car, and I was on my way. SO little hassle in a situation with potential to be a nightmare. We have had a great experience with Germania and Candace at San Marcos Ins. Agency. We were selling and buying a home, and they were helpful through the process getting our new home covered, Unfortunately, I also had an auto claim right after switching when a rock hit my windshield and they were quick to get everything together and my car repaired.
