I have had great customer service with Sanford Insurance. They are quick to respond to me. They work to find me cheaper insurance when mine goes up. Mr. Sanford came out to our building and took the time to sit with me and go though our previous providers policy and explain the coverages they were providing to us. Turns out that we were grossly underinsured. When I received the proposal, not only did we get better coverage, it was cheaper than what we previously had. Highly recommended.
