I used to be with another agent which their staff was friendly but it would take them days to get back to me with an answer or I would have to keep following up to get a response. I switched to Sarita's office and love it! Her staff are friendly and helpful, I moved my family's insurance here. I didn't know what most of my policies covered until I was explained by Sarita's office and now understand. They get back to me in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this office.

Not sure if this is the correct link for Sean Pogosyan but I would like to note that I appreciated hearing from him today to verify the correction that needed to be addressed on my account. He was very polite, thorough and timely. In addition Sarita was very helpful and made obtaining insurance through
State Farm very easy and was very knowledgeable about her job and the law as it pertains to insurance. I probably wouldn’t have signed with State Farm had it not been for her exceptional customer service!

This office is awesome, my favorite insurance office so far. One of my family members referred me to them, and I'm sure they'll have the rest of the family as customers very soon. They take the time to actually explain what each coverage is for and are not just trying to sell a product. They are quick to respond, love that they have text feature, helps a lot when you 're unable to answer the phone call. Price might be a little more than others, but the service is exceptional. YOU GUYS ROCK!! Thank you for making my life easy.

Sarita has been absolutely incredible I was purchasing a car and it was at 9:30 at night when we finally finish the transaction all they need was my insurance information but for some reason my name was not listed under the company insurance this was nor Sarita’s fault my old insurance agent might have miss and called I Sarita at 9:30 at night and she was on vacation but she still answered her phone. And she gave me the phone number to the state farm head quarters and I was able show proof of insurance and drive off with my new car.
