I am updating my previous review of 2 stars which was because an employee who no longer works there never sent me the quotes requested.

Upon finding this out, John reached out and apologized and had Nicole on the case right away. Nicole was great from start to finish. She got us several competitive auto and homeowners quotes and assisted with getting us switched over. I experienced an issue with my policy during the hurricane I was unavailable due to no power or cell service. I was very distraught, but Harley was SO GOOD to me. John and his staff are amazing. Nicole went above and beyond this weekend to make sure my son had a stress free experience during his first official car purchase. Ms. Nicole Owens was recommended to me by Chuck from Grainger Honda and she is awesome. I’m a first-time car-buyer and recent college graduate and she was able to get me a great rate for car insurance. She answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. Wow— I love Savannah insurance advisors. If you need insurance, call Nicole. I needed help with homeowners and she went out of her way to help me to secure a good policy and also with some repairs needed for underwriting. She did a tremendous job getting quotes helping me find a contractor for some repair work and even To the property herself to help me get photos since I live out of state!!
I’ve never had such personalize service from any insurance company or broker!
