Melissa Reynolds is the most unprofessional individual that I have ever dealt with. After 3 month my claim was finally settled without even speaking to me and when you try to ask questions she just hangs up on you. She should definitely not be dealing with the public because her customer service skills are lacking and she has no ability to conduct herself appropriately.

This place is ridiculous. I took the test here and did not do well on heavy lifting that had nothing to do with the actual job I was applying for. Someone I know had to take the same test but had extremely high blood pressure so she was unable to take the test and was sent home. After being placed on high blood pressure medication to force her heart to do artificially what a healthy heart does naturally she came back in the same actual health and passed the test! What a BS scam this is!!!

They take forever to respond it’s beeen a month since I reported my claim . Justin never emails back to confirm anything very disappointed how they deal with customers .
