Pleasant Professional People! Willing to be super helpful with my Elder when she has questions. This place is great! Cindy and the branch manager(I forget her name but she was so nice!) were incredibly helpful and very sweet. I lost my atm card and they printed me a new one SUPER quickly and helped take care of all of my needs. Thank you all for being so welcoming and helpful!

I have been a member for approximately 6-7 years. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff members have provided me with top notch customer service 100 percent . They are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Debby M. at the Madison Ave. branch is
a class act. She has assisted me with refinancing my vehicle & helped me with securing a loan with a low interest rate. She has many years of experience & I hope she's there for many years to come . Nathan is also very professional & welcoming. I also ve the mobile app. Thank you-your dedication & hard work is recognized & very much appreciated.

My bank for nearly 25 years. Staff is always friendly. Bank offers traditional credit union services such as loans, banking, tellers and the like. Would rate higher however some issues still exist after recent merger (Schools Financial and First Federal Credit Union), such as problems with the mobile app, card issues, and issues with some atm transactions.

That being said customer service is outstanding and I always feel at ease and valued at any location.

This location located on Madison has a non traditional lay out and is in a round building. Parking I s located in the back. Two drive up ATMs are avaliable in front.

I’ve been a member here since ‘91. I’ve always received excellent services, no matter which branch I’ve visited. This is the closest branch for me, so I visit it frequently. I felt strongly enough about this institution to get my mom to join. I’ve also recommended it to friends. The staff is friend and courteous, and will answer any questions you might have. I’ve contacted customer service via phone and they’re always helpful. Being able to log-in to my accounts via computer is the main way I bank and I’ve never had a problem with it. This is an excellent credit union to belong to.

I have been with Schools & really love it. Since they have become Schools First Financial banking is now a complete disaster. Zero customer service, Hours & hours on hold. Finally I got to a place on the phone tree where they say they will call you back and you will not lose your place in line but 5 hours later still no call back. Trying to activate new cards that were sent to me & the recording says it does not recognize any of the numbers. Same thing when I enter my new account numbers which are also not recognized. This merger is a nightmare. I'm locked out of my online banking. I am no longer receiving notices that my bill pay payments are being made. I have no access to my own cash and there is no customer service to help. I will be going into the bank, pulling out my cash and switching to SAFE Credit Union. Absolutely horrible customer all around.

I've been a member since 1980.
The recent new merger with another credit union absolutely destroyed this company.
The transition was horrible, inconvenient, and not useful.
(So was 'customer service'...)
I waited 56 minutes on hold before I hung up and got on with my life.
I finally withdrew every single penny from that (failing) credit union, and moved everything to the Golden 1 Credit Union. Opening new accounts with them was smooth and seamless.
