The scratch pay loan process itself was easy and seamless. I kept getting turned down for care credit and scratch was a godsend. HOWEVER, I paid off three plans totally, never a late payment and I can now not get approved for anything. One of my cats literally died because I could not afford surgery. I have no idea...my credit is better than it was before and I paid everything off in stellar fashion...but they won't even loan me 500 now. Maybe they've gotten harder to get idk but it's really frustrating when I have a great history with them.

I was pleased and grateful to use the Scratchpay option while in an emergency situation with Tulip. I have used scratch pay for other dog care expenses and have always had a very smooth and easy experience. My one complaint is that my credit report is showing I owe you $1 and is negatively affecting my credit. When I go to my scratch pay account, it's shows that ALL is paid. I would appreciate it if Scratch Pay could please remove this "late payment" from my credit report. Thank you

This was a life saver for both my baby and me. It was nice to be able to get the care she needed and have the option to pay over time. Payments are reasonable and depend on actual amount financed. I have used Scratch Pay numerous times.
The only drawback is you might be approved one time and denied the next but still a great program.

Scratch Pay is Awesome to work with. They got me a quick approval while I was in the Vet's office getting Medical Attention for my Maltese. The Communications is Excellent and their Customer Service is wonderful to work with both online and on the phone.

Thank you so much to Scratchpay. November of last year, my cat was dying, and I did not have the funds to pay for his life-saving procedure. I applied for scratchpay and was quickly accepted..which is important because vets won't start the surgery if the money isn't locked down. I didn't have to pay any interest. I think there was a promotional offer. I got it all paid off today, so it took one year and one month. HIGHLY recommend Scratch pay; because of them my cat is alive and well today!

As far as them loaning the money I couldn’t complain. They came in handy in a crucial time and didn’t deny me even though I had spotty credit. I can’t say they were bad there. But I had to pay them off fully with in a year. Interest rates were insane and any customer service rep was very hard to understand ( No disrespect it’s just true ).

I took out 2 separate loans for my dog in 2019; one for dental work and one for something related. I paid off both in full. Then, the next time I needed something for one of my animals, they declined the loan and I couldn't get the needed care. So, ScratchPay is not high on my list of places to do business with. Oh, and my senior dog passed in 2020, so it's rather thoughtless they asked for a review this many years later. Glad I could help you out with a review, ScratchPay!

I appreciate services like this. I was able to get emergency surgery for my dog, and appreciated having the option to no pay any interests if paid in full before a certain date. I would 100% use this service (but I honestly hope I don't need to!)
