I have insurance through my job and this is the broker that they use. First, I was given bad information regarding coverage on my daughter. The broker told me that she was not covered under my plan when she was born because we decided to add her to her father's plan. She claimed to have emailed someone else to confirm. I never heard back about that. After everything had been filed I found out that she was covered for the first 30 days and it was her primary during that time. So now all of those claims have to be refiled. I was also refused help by the broker until after the new year because they were "too busy". Now on January 20 I have still not heard back. I have had to take matters into my own hands and hopefully I will finally have everything worked out soon. No thanks to these brokers! They come in and say that they will do whatever they can to help you, but that is simply not the case. I am very unsatisfied!
