The worst ever, impossible to reach anyone, recording after recordings.
Continually my medical transportation arranged by home link fails , they blame Sedgwick.
Have missed important Dr appointments .
Phone calls at Sedgwick have been miss directed. I have been told the same by others.

They're not handling claims very quickly right now, and don't get back to you in a timely manner. However, I did speak to a few agents that were very helpful, and made up for the other 2 that were not.
