I had zero customer service in a Two Year Relationship with these jokers. We had 5 conversations in the business insurance quote process and none since. Questions via email were ignored and blaming carriers and tech platforms migrated to as an invisible standard to build any relationship. Avoid these amateurs if you are buying business insurance.
