I cannot say enough good things about Sentry. When I bought a veterinary practice in 2017 I inherited the previous owner's computer support company, who also supported several other practices in our building. We had so many problems with their support team and then we discovered that our data hadn't been backed up as promised and paid for. In the event of ransomware or other disaster we would have lost everything! Luckily we soon found Joe and Sentry and we couldn't be happier that we made the switch to them. They fixed everything in short order and their backup solution will have us back up and running in no time if we ever do need to recover from a disaster. And Sentry are ALWAYS ready to help with any software, hardware, or other problems when/if needed (although that is now rare since everything is managed so well). If you are looking for a IT company to partner with your business, I recommend Sentry without hesitation!
