This credit union used to be great. They are now not worthy of 1 star. Been a customer for 24 years. I’ve had over a dozen loans and credit cards etc. The best credit you can have. I just applied for a private sale auto loan. Absolute nonsense of furnishing power of attorneys and notarized intents to sell along with appraisals. Today they asked for more. I told em disregard. I’m now a customer at another credit union. I got the same loan in 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and forget these folks

Used to be great, now they are awful. They have shut me out of my account 3 times over normal usage that they deemed potential fraud. No attempts were made to reach me before they just made it impossible for me to access my own money. Employees were rude and barely helpful. Changing my bank ASAP

I have been with Service Credit Union since 1975 but it was called Cape Cod Federal Credit Union back then. In all the years they have always been more then helpful. Numerus loans with no problem.
Jorden the manager at Falmouth branch has helped me out on a few occasions and he always acts in a professional manner and gone above and beyond to help me out.
Now I wouldn't have stayed with a bank this long if not for a good reason. I have had other bank accounts but this has always been my go to bank (credit union) Thank you Service Credit Union.

It's not even my own credit union, but my family and I moved to the Falmouth house for COVID relief from downtown Boston, where the only branch of my own credit union is located. But they are part of a network and offer courtesy transactions by simply providing my own credit union information and proper ID. This has been a life saver for me and I really appreciate how easy they make it for me. 5/5 every time.

I didn't know I had to qualify for a savings account. And the troll who helped me was not helpful in anyway. All I had to to was become a member and everything would have worked out, but he put in zero effort to help me and let me know what I should do.

This place is a joke. I've been calling them for over 2 weeks to pay my loan off, and I cannot get a hold of any agents. The office near me closed down and when I call customer service they say there's 37 people ahead of me.
