I had the pleasure of working with Randy to inspect for moisture and mold in my master bathroom. During the initial consultation, he was very informative of how the mold cleaning process is done, explaining it in detail, and was very knowledgeable on how mold can thrive even in the smallest areas. What stuck out to me the most aside from his professionalism, was the product that he uses to eliminate any microbial growth. His plant based product is far more reassuring for my health compared to chemicals that leave your eyes burning or make it hard to breathe. A detailed report was given along with helpful tips to prevent future moisture and mold problems. I wanted to take the time to write a well deserved five-star review about SERVPRO in Oceanside. Unfortunately, I had water damage in my condo, and I needed mold remediation. I work out of my home, so I had nowhere to go while the cleanup took place. Everyone at SERVPRO has been phenomenal in terms of customer service.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Matt Luecht and Alix Sullivan as my job managers, and both of them have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and explain everything to me. The excellent service doesn’t stop with management, because every employee on the job has been equally as good.

What can I say, we wouldn't have survived the storm (literally and figuratively) without the help from SERVPRO Fallbrook. Our home flooded due to 3 days of heavy rains in January and the water came through the walls of our home. It was a very traumatic event for our family. 2400 square feet home, damaged in a matter of minutes. Randy came in right away and helped us understand the severity of the damages even before the adjuster was able to make it out from FEMA. He got started with the mitigation the minute the adjuster gave us the go. He knew that we needed to get going on the remodel as I was 8 months pregnant and timing was everything. Randy's team was kind and hardworking with a lot of knowledge. Randy was in constant contact with my husband as our home dried out. He had a number of machines (dehumidifiers and air cleaners) that helped speed the process up. He took care of demo, dumping, clean up as well as the necessary drying out and even offered to store our personal belongings. We are very confident in the work his team did on our home and very pleased with his support and knowledge. We quickly learned that water in a home is very dangerous. Glad it is all done and we are back in our home.

Honest, trustworthy and professional. Randy came to look at some damage we sustained from an overflowing upstairs toilet (He was out second opinion). I wasn't able to be there, so my wife did a walk through with him. I'm in construction myself so I'm always wary about someone trying to upsell her on stuff we don't need. However, Randy was very honest with what repairs really needed to be done and saved us thousands of dollars. He was also very nice and courteous. My wife had nothing but good things to say about him. Servpro did a fantastic and professional job of taking care of me when my house got flooded. I had a toilet overflow and they responded fast and extracted the water quickly. Javier did an outstanding job in answering all of my questions and concerns and always kept me well informed of what was going on. They worked very clean, containing all the wet rooms, containment of the affected rooms was a big concern of mine for me and my dog and they did a ,great job.
