I was calling Paul for a client of mine that only speaks Spanish and is contracted with me for Towing my client speaks Spanish only and Paul doesn’t… Paul has given lie after lie on our recorded call conversation since Oct 7 2024. Then since I still haven’t received the documents that Paul said he would have to me no later then 10/8 10am. He failed to do that and since then I’ve attempted to call his office 7 times and also left a voicemail stating that he never sent over anything. I call from our office phone a number he doesn’t recognize and he immediately picks up Introducing himself not knowing that it was me. Then when I told him who it was, he starts to give me reasons on why it was never sent. Then I tell him he’s been lying on a recorded line he starts yelling and hangs up the phone. I will be forwarding the recorded calls and emails to safety insurance to make sure they drop you as a provider as your not reliable nor professional at all. Don’t give this guy any business

Paul and his staff are fantastic. They saved me thousands on home and auto and secured me commensurate coverage. I did nothing but provide my information and they do all the footwork, and quickly. My previous agent never encouraged me to review and update my policies and Paul advises this to his clients routinely to ensure that they’re getting the best coverage at the best price. The service is fabulous and they are really caring. I recommend giving them a call! Seriously, I was paying like three times more than I should have been.

I have known Paul and his team at Shannon Insurance for many years. About a year ago, I was facing constant increases in my GEICO automobile policy and needed to make a change. One phone call/text messages changed all of that within a couple of hours using PROGRESSIVE. Paul and his team are extremely dedicated to total customer service and have the knowledge base in place to fit the right policy to my needs and it was done fast!! I grew up across the street from Paul. I considered him a friend. Both my business insurance and my personal insurance is with Paul. He switched my car and my business insurance to a new carrier and told me not to make the final payment. I kept getting bills for the last payments and called Paul several time to get it rectified. He never did. Both accounts went to collections. In order, not to destroy my personal or business credit(I run a non-profit) I paid the bills myself. Paul refuses to reimburse me or even take my calls. I am the single mother of two disabled kids. What kind of person does this? He's awful. You can do better.

The best feeling is they treat you like family and in an urgent situation this is important when you know you can count on them day and night.
