After many years with Country Financial and Shawn Wilson. I called (phones have not been getting answered so I left VMs), I emailed him to his offical country financial email address in order to NOT have a policy automatically renew on its due date. No return phone calls or emails. And guess what, the policy renewed and by bank account was charged. Not acceptable business practices.

If there was a way to rate the service we have received as zero I would do so. He is a nice individual but his follow up on policies lacks big time. We bought a newer vehicle and he didn't upgrade the insurance to collision. He just left it. As a result we are now out of pocket for repairs. HE DIDNT DO HIS JOB. Do not use!!!!!
