We have been with Shea Ferraro-State Farm Insurance Agent ever since he took over Dian Roy after her passing. All the staff are very responsive especial shout out to Christian Rivas.
Christian always took the time to speak to me and find out what we need. I always ask for Christian when I need something to be taken care of. He always makes sure that he takes care of what I need right away. Shea is also great! He follows up on you when you let him know that you need to think about things first before making a decision. We were worried when Dian Roy passed because we need a new owner will take over. But Shea is really taking care of us.

Good luck cancelling you policy once paid!
Will not cancel or refund! Do not go with State Farm and especially Shea Ferraro branch! Called corporate office and they refer you back to Shea. Their agents think that are god and can do whatever that want. Put a claim in against this agent and his office

I’ve been with this State Farm agency for many years. I have three vehicles plus rental insurance. The support and service is second to none, particularly Christian. He always goes out of his way to help me and even sends reminders for payment. I can’t say enough about this agency! I highly recommend!!!
