Worse company ever. Everything about them is a scam. When I moved in the apartment it was a total mess. Roaches and rats everywhere. Worse place to rent. Plus they are very rude people. When I moved out they charge me 3,000 for something that I didn’t do. Even though they know exactly what they doing. I wished I never rented from them. Now when people ask about this company I tell them not to even waste their time here because all they do is robbed you. I wish I could not have to put a star.

Just the typical reality company. Overcharged for rent, never get your deposit back, and they never fix anything. Overall they are not as bad as they used to be. We pay our rent on time. They don't complain much about us. So probably As Good As It Gets with any Realty Company. I would recommend them the same as any other. Not that I would actually recommend any. LOL

I 100% recommend Shewey Realty, have been a tenant with them for a while now and no issues whatsoever. They are patient with you, works with you if any issues or problems, and maintenance is quick to respond and show up.

DONT NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. These guys will rent you out a place thats full of roaches and bed bugs and mold and try to act like they were not aware. The owner here is a real PITA to deal with he is very hostile. I will never rent from these scammers or recommend them to ANYONE.

The last four or five years they have raised my rent every year I have asked for a new stove because the one I have when you turn on the oven heats up the entire apartment and I was told no that the one I have is sufficient looking for a new place to live they don't give a damn about their tenants stay as far away from this company as you can

I bought a house through them and I love the house that I finally chose. Candace was patient and thorough in answering my questions and I felt confident in signing the papers when it came time. This was my first house that I have bought and we had looked at several houses before I chose the one I currently live in. We had a few unexpected hiccups along the way but Candace was awesome in helping me through it all.
