Shirley Light has been handling our insurance needs since last century and we don't live anywhere near Winslow. That's how much we like her. Recently a 3-point mule deer darted into our path on a backcountry highway, leaving a mark or two in the front of our Landcruiser. (I always wondered why people hit deer - why they didn't slow down, or swerve - but I'm here to tell you, that thing was traveling 30 mph easy and flashed out of the scrub like a rocket. Bad timing bigtime.) State Farm said we could tow the truck to the Chevy dealer or the Cadillac dealer to patch it up, take our pick, but Shirley agreed to work with us through our favorite "out of network" body shop. The adjustment process was painless, the damage was promptly assessed, and a total repair cost quickly agreed between State Farm and the body shop. We were only out-of-pocket the modest deductible and even got the benefit of all new OEM Toyota parts. All considered, the entire process was a breeze, and we are altogether pleased with how things turned out - better than new. All we had to do was call Shirley. If you're looking for insurance, do yourself a favor and let Shirley Light and State Farm take care of you.

I have been a customer of Shirley's since around 2000 and I couldn't be happier. This office has never let me down for any of my insurance needs. They are quick and responsive when there is a new need or a change to be made. I once switched to another agent closer to where I live (Phx metro) because I thought I would get similar if not better close to home service. THAT was a mistake. I was back with Shirley within a few months and I'll never switch again. Best team ever.
