After continuously trying to contact my current agent with no response, a friend gave this agency a recommendation. I called them and left a voice mail and Andy immediately returned my call. I explained my situation and advised I wanted to replace all my policies with a new agent. Andy Siegel got right on it and put me in contact with his service team.

My car and homeowners policies are up for renewal in a few weeks so I contacted Siegel Insurance to get a quote. Anya asked me to submit my current declarations page and upon review tried to get me to add uninsured motorist coverage, which I did not wish. I asked the owner Andy Siegel to give me a call and he instead sent me a generic e-mail explaining the benefits of uninsured motorist coverage.

When I reiterated that I was not interested in that type of coverage and that the industry was heavily advertising about the option to customize coverage to your specific needs, he answered the following: I'm happy for you to shop elsewhere as our agency will not be selling a policy without uninsured motorist coverage. I will take his recommendation to heart and I encourage you to do the same unless you want to waste your time and be treated that way.

Anya was fantastic, professional and was a huge help in guiding my wife and I thru our insurance quotes. We are new to Atlanta and needed to renew our home and auto insurance. She got us three competitive and thorough quotes as promised and walked us through each one.
