Sina was courteous and nice at the initial stage, but soon i discovered there are tons of details in my policy wrong. He told me there would not be any interior inspection, and it ended up there is. he told me he would waive the policy fees for both of my policies, and the reimbursement never happens. he said he would upload my hvac permit to underwriting and it’s not updated. Every time i emailed him there’s no response or very slow response. And after multiple rounds of correction, my policy is still not 100 percent right. I finally decided to change to another farmers agent after seeing my discounts on policies are all cancelled by farmers due to lack of update
