My wife and I switched with Slosek Insurance about a year ago and it was the best decision we ever made. Our agent always has time to talk to us and takes the time to hear us. Always answers our questions and serves us in a way that is always to the point, and gets the job done. It’s nice to call an insurance company and not have to wait on hold for 20 minutes or more. When I call, they always sound excited to talk to me. Customer service does not get any better than.

Slosek Insurance is a great agency. It is a family owned and operated business and they are very experienced. Each agent has been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable, but Rachel especially has been great to work with. I highly recommend checking them out!

john and mike and all the staff, are like my family! Been with them for over 30 years, ever since there old business offices at the Springfield Plaza, to there current location! And they have always looked out for me, found me the best car insurance rates when I was in tight spot and always followed up with me, to make sure I was satisfied!
