Whole experience from making the appointment to the service received for my dryer vent cleaning was excellent! Was able to get an appointment the next day. Brian and Duck were on time, friendly and efficient as they were done in less than an hour. They were dog friendly and even gave me a gift for my dog! Didn't really shop around but felt price was fair. Very happy with my decision to use Small Solutions and would choose them again in the future!

Our clothes dryer was taking too long to dry and then began to show an error code indicating a blocked vent, so we called Small Solutions to provide a cleaning. Brian Marple came out and did a VERY thorough job cleaning out the vent tube from the dryer all the way to the vent outlet on the roof (a long way). He came with all the necessary equipment to completely remove all the built-up lint and restore the tube to almost new condition! The dryer works better than ever and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Small Solutions! A+++

The entire process from start to finish was absolutely awesome! The dispatcher and Dylan were amazing. They informed me as to when they would come and did exactly what they told me they would do. Love this company! The service technicians are always on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on giving the customer the best possible outcome. I utilized them for my HVAC maintenance, but they have helped me with other issues I've had related to ducts and vents in my new house. Very reasonable costs (I would even say low cost), especially given the great service. I love the proactive reminders that help me ensure I utilize my service contract to the fullest, and the wonderful support from their office staff that makes scheduling a breeze.

I’m so glad I chose Small Solutions for my HVAC issue! Initially, I called another company to service my unit after realizing my upstairs thermostat had no power. However, with a snowstorm, my husband at work, and two small children, I wasn’t able to clear the driveway for the other company to access my home.
