That Credit Union, whenever it seems to take an extremely long time. We'd better go with suggestions for a little quicker service otherwise it is going to take forever if you go at this pace. Wow. Unbelievable slow! My mom and I set the timer, our wait time: 17 minutes!

I've never had a problem with service. I've heard some people have. Been a member since 1972. Miss the tellers and service counters but they will take your name and you can wait in line for personal help. Everything is automated with ATM machines.

I stopped into the bank today to make a cash deposit. I have not been there for quite some time and there had been some changes. When I pulled up to the drive up teller there were no more video tellers, just machines I was not familiar with. Instead of trying to figure it out on my own I went inside. I must say, the new process was quite a present expirence. The staff assisted me and took the time to not only assist, but be personal and have a conversation. Being a people person I can truly appreciate this new approach. And if your not a people person, or ina hurry, they will just make sure you get your business handeld. Great Job Solarity. Thank you and Kudos. Had a great experience at the bank, as I always have when working with your team.

Closed all drive up windows, which is a big inconvenience, one person greets you and has you sit, you wait and wait and wait for quick thing, employees walking around with laptops in hand or casualy walking around. Time for a change, just not for me.

Solarity Credit Union. Is a Great Bank I been with them for years they are very helpful and always one call a way when you need them they always make things right.

Avoid at all costs! No customer service. They literally don't have any bank tellers, anywhere! Only ATMs. If you can't deal with a real person anyways, might as well use an online bank that actually pays you interest, which Solarity does not.
