In the end they didn’t follow through or return calls, the first issue was it’s apparently against policy to leave professional voice mails, instead they sent my vm to the hold music instead of the standard this message is for … regarding … the excuse was it’s for privacy reasons ? if the only thing you bring to the table is extra expense to an existing product and customer service, you better be good at customer service lol
