We changed companies after we did our own research and found a company that provided more coverage at less cost several years ago. Ever since they will call a few months before its time to renew. Time and time again - I will tell them we are not interested and to take us off the call list. But time and time again they will call. Guess what? They called this year as well. Each time its a high paced conversation trying to get us to come back. I would have to cut the conversation off to tell them that we are not interested and once again to not call us.

Has your associated been train to ask if they are interested in coming back to All State as the first question to ask? Or perhaps if we are shopping around for new insurance? The first question we were asked was if we still own 3 vehicles.

Oh and I was called today as well.

I was calling around to switch my auto insurance company. After leaving several message without return call, I decided to give 1 more try since it's nearest to my work. When I finally got through to an agent, I was met with arrogant and condescending demeanor. He only seem to care about product he wants to sell not what I needed. I would have given 0 star if there was. Besides, his limited knowledge was a big turn off. How can Allstate allow such practice to go on? It seems all other google review was written by their relatives or something.

I just called to switch the agency because I'm not happy with my current one. but the lady that picked up the phone told me that this is an agency for Korean people only. … OK

Leaving Allstate for a different insurance company after almost 9 years. I had nothing but great service from Mr. Jung and his staff, they have always assisted, provided great customer service and good information. (I would recommend them to anyone)

Today, my family decided to change the insurance company we had been with for a long time.... because of this agent. This agent is really good at lying and has a very bad personality. Where can I find a reliable and friendly agent?

They never respond back to the customer’s voicemails or emails. When some thing goes wrong they tell you that the people at the 1-800 number did it and you need to call them the agent says they don’t want to get involved in this situation. Basically the worst agency I have ever had to deal with.

My sister recommended, I'm happy I switched to Allstate. Song is very responsive and plan offers nice features like safe discount etc and rate is cheaper with same coverage.
