When I began reevaluating my insurance needs this past January, I unexpectedly stumbled upon the Sonia Avalos State Farm office online. I was skeptical about what they could do for our family. Wow, what an unexpected surprise! The Sonia Avalos team was AWESOME, in particular, Albert M. He was easy to work with, very professional, and attentive to what I had to say and our family's needs. They put together a great Home and Auto Policy that was both comprehensive and within our budget. They saved us ~$700/mth on auto and ~$1600/year on our home after a rate hike from a competitor. This is no doubt the best team I've encountered in a very long time, forgive me for not remembering names, but the first person I met is Erika, love smile. I was only picking up a copy of my insurance card. Their addatude was like "no task was to big, in my case; nor to small. The atmosphere was not only professional but cozy and friendly. It's kinda refreshing when you can have a down to earth conversation in a business environment.

Sonia, when a team like who their working for, they like what they do. Erika and the guy at the desk in the far back right of the office are a great reflection of great leadership.

The customer service here is top notch. Sonia made the whole experience so personable. I felt like I was talking with a friend while getting my quote and she sent everything I needed same day! The office was closed for the day and she made sure I had everything I needed for my motorcycle to be insured. I was a prior State Farm member and she has been the best agent I’ve dealt with.
