I tried applying for a checking account on-line but it was denied. I then decided to go to the Outlet Collection office and I’m so glad I did.
Volanda who helped me was so professional. She explained the various checking and savings accounts available.
The process of opening a checking and savings account was so stress free. I would definitely recommend Volanda as the go to Associate at the Outlet Collection branch.

Every time I come into Sound credit Ian C provides expert customer Service and should be recognized as an excellent employee of Sound credit Union, and he also provides informative information for an example of the first time I came and I thought I needed my passport application notarized. He was jumped to assist me in learning on how to obtain it the passport, like Superman. He was eager to assist and help and provide the proper informationto assist his customers and I truly appreciate him very much..
