Ok let me start off with saying that this whole group, staff and and everything they stand for is 100% true. My husband and i was stuck we were trying to pay our car insurance and it was not letting us that was the first time we ever had a problem and we was so scared that our car insurance was gonna be canceled and we always pay our bills on time but do to is calling and calling the insurance company it kept telling us that it had high call volume and by the time it finally let us get through it was to late they were closed ans we usually just pay on the phone through the automated operator but it was not letting us so do to there phone issue it wasnt our fault and that was not fair at all and then what come Monday my insurance would of been canceled not fair ya know. So to get to the point i went online and found these wonderful people and when I say wonderful I mean that and wonderful is not even the right word for these amazing group. Ok so i contacted them through email and they got right back to me, now the most amazing part of all this is that there is a wonderful, amazing woman named Anna mind you she was all done with work for the day and she went out of her way went back to the office when she did not have to and fixed the whole situation for my husband , my family and myself. Anna is one of a kind because let me tell you something she did not have to do what she did, that brought tears to my eyes cause she could of went home to her family but she didn't she helped my family. Also Nick is his name i believe please i hope iam right no iam right he is the boss and he also cared so I wanna thank most important Anna for everything that you did for my family that night, without you I would of most definitely been in some bull s*** excuse my language but it is the truth..
So once again Anna thank you for taking your time even thow you was all done with work for the night and helping my family. Thank you to Number one Anna and the whole staff....

Cardos renew my insurance every year but this time ,They raise my car insurance policy 70% in one year with same condition with without my consent and they don't send any copy of my policy until last week, I was out of the country and don't access to phone call them and with same condition and they raised 70% .

They always ,year by year raised your current price but is not so much until this year.
I should mention that I didn't have any tickets or points or accident either!
It is so disappointing.

Was better ran when was cardosos insurance agency had better rates b4 also but overall not bad experience had 2 years before moved on due higher rates
