Absolutely the worst company. They have a monopoly on there customers in the essence that we have no other choice but to use them. They shut off power to houses for no reason and then give no explanation. The website will say your power is on but when you get home nothing works. Food in the fridge goes bad. Then you call and the automated service is a nightmare to deal with and then when you finally get to talk to a person, they can’t give you any information. The only people who have the information don’t take calls from customers. So they are paying people to give their customers the run around. It’s a complete disgrace

Power outage today with no info on their site about it. Can't reach ANYONE to talk to.. phone menu options are super redundant and uninformative.. I don't need to be told to stay away from a power line for 30 seconds everytime I call. Madness and infuriating, inefficient giant or a company that has no touch with its users, just raking in the money. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

You saw all the previous reviews detailing horrible customer service. I will add mine.

About a year ago something went out in the line that would not allow me to run appliances that needed 220 connection. Those included my stove, microwave, and AC.

I was unable to reach anyone in the company by phone. I later learned thar they deliberately set up the system to discourage people from calling. I finally got the switchboard number from a facility here in Alhambra.

When it was time to pay my fee they would not take a credit card. They would only take a wire transfer which cost me a $20 fee.

When they finally got here to fix it, they shut off the power for the whole complex which made my neighbors mad.

I complained to the PUC twice, but they were unable to help

Extremely difficult to deal with unit that handles Medical Baseline allowance. We sent them 2 application, one in March 2022 and one in December 2022. And NOTHING....! They do not have a phone number to call, so every time I need to call main number for SoCal Edison and go through "Electrical hazards" option to be able to speak with customer service and to be told again that I need to send another application....This is outrageous.
I am sending a strong letter to corporate office. Maybe finally my mother who is on oxygen 24/7 gets the Medical Base allowance service....

This business is plain infuriating and insulting to the paying customer. For the amount of money they charge for service, adding more frustration when you have a problem and there is zero customer service, is unacceptable. Have tried all the phone #s provided to change the name on the account, and there have been days of nobody answering. Automatic system stupidly directs you to options you do not need, when talking to a representative is the only option? Our bill for July was $400 with decent usage. We went through an ordeal in August, turning the AC completely off, and suffering through the heat wave in a civilized country, so we can lower our bill, and somehow it went up to $450. So, no matter what the usage is, you make sure you make your money. Maybe you can at least, pay somebody to answer the phone?

They are robbing people! No one answers the phone and when you do get someone they tell you its a horrible company. Its more like communist run! They are robbing California residents. Open ticket to read my meter for over a month and no one has shown up.
