Horrible horrible horrible people! Everybody whom works here is rude and disrespectful. From the staff to the managers. They put words in your mouth and then threaten you when they have already made a decision to come get your car. They can be lenient if they wanted they just don’t think they will ever be in the position to be 19 days late on a car payment. I will be contacting my lawyer and changing finance companies as soon as possible.

READ PLEASE! Worst company to do business with, so glad I got a new car with a new lender, I financed my car in 2022 and paid on time every single time ever since I got it, and this company has never reported one single payment to the credit bureaus. This lender is very shady and sketchy and they are rude, If I were you I wouldn't get into any type of contract with them!!!! Every single representative is mean especially mary and they will hang up in your face half the time just because they feel like it, everything is about this lender is SUSPICIOUS and I keep thanking God I was able to get out my contract and get my car paid off. Cutting off business with them is the best thing I could have ever did, If I could give them negative stars I WOULD! Try elsewhere save the time and frustration please!

CLAUDIA is a horrible person to talk to, very unprofessional person! she would over talk me like she couldn't hear me talk. she was Yelling at me whenever she" talk" to me! for being a business, she had no type of respect! because I was asking questions "I was wasting her time" and she hung up on me multiple times! also threatened to block my number from calling the company, souther hill if i call back! I wanted to speak to somebody else but apparently she's the " manger" so I couldn't even speak to anybody else. I've been paying this place for over three years and I've never had a horrible experience like I did with her.

I called to ask a general question regarding their financing terms. Claudia was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. Answers the phone like im calling her personal phone, bothering her. Didn't want even to give me her name when I asked and when she asked me a question that had nothing to do with the reason i was calling she said "oh my god, what's with the mystery"

Worst company to ever get a car loan from they are rude and unprofessional Mary is a disgusting person she repossessed my car after making a half payment and communicating with them throughout the whole time via email and phone when I will be able to make the rest of the partial payment and get back on track with their company they have no empathy or care of what their customers are trying to communicate with them they all lie and say they are the managers so u cannot talk to another representative

Claudia is very rude and unprofessional she called my phone looking for some
one else. When asked several times who she was and what the call was in regards to she continued to be rude to me. When I informed her that we just finished battling a tropical storm she caugth an attitude with me and hung up in my face. I would prefer for her not to ever call my phone ever again in her life. I will be report this company to the Better Business Bureau for harassing customers’ families right after their city have been hit with a tropical storm that has left them with throughout power. When I called the company back to ask to speak to a supervisor she answered the phone and hung up in my face. I just wanted them to remove my name from their call
list moving forward.

Worst place to do business with have my truck over 3 years already , i always have struggle to paid but always been upfront with them .... now around Christmas work has been slow no Christmas gift for my kids or to pay bills .... and the guy that always answer my calls(Jhon) is accusing me that i dont want to pay on time because i want to use my money on gift .... who tf you think you are to know what is going on in my life .... stay tf away from this finance vehicle place !!!!!!!!
