I traded my vehicle in that was under the policy for a new vehicle and went into the office to cancel the policy, he lied to my face several times even after I signed the papers to cancel it and told me it was cancelled. Well a month later a payment comes out and I get mail saying my policy is about to be renewed! He lied to me again saying this time it would be taken care of, and I would get a refund for the month. Next month I get a letter stating that my policy is cancelled due to nonpayment and I owe them another month. Only upon calling the company myself did I get everything set straight. If I could give zero stars I would. He is one sorry agent and anybody who is thinking of going here needs to RUN the other way!!

Great insurance place!If you want the lowest rates,this is the place to come.Steve is so helpful with getting the lowest price.He always takes care of his customers.I would strongly recommend Southern Insurance if you want to save money.
