I moved to Virginia about nine years ago from Erie, PA. I have always had Erie insurance. When I called to get policies down here that is when I got Donna on the phone. She is by far one of the nicest, kindest reps I have ever talked to. She knows her job well. She answers all questions quickly and to the best of her knowledge. I work in the service industry also and I know outstanding service. She is top notch and she ever not works there, I may have to not have insurance lol. 10 out of ten for her !

Karen is a wonderful insurance agent. I have been extremely impressed by her work ethic and vast knowledge of insurance products. I have known her for over 10 years and when I told her I was looking for homeowners and auto insurance she went all out looking for the best deal for us and she sure did. All told she ended up saving us $1500 a year! I highly recommend her because of her professionalism and being an excellent person to have on your side. Their team is so on it - answer questions, change a policy at last minute, honest about rates, there to help with claims, etc. They are very personable, caring and super friendly. Donna was so quick to help me out when I needed help and ensure I have the best plan to sign up for. I can’t recommend them enough and all the times they took care of me.
